Booking Policies

To ensure a smooth planning process, please provide the most accurate information possible.
After providing a quote, the quote can only be modified TWICE, before a modification fee of $50 per modification will commence. This includes but is not limited to change of dates, change of travelers, change of resort/hotel options, etc. Therefore, please consult with your party before submitting the form. If you would like another destination you will need to submit a separate request.
After booking your trip, if you choose to change any aspect of your trip (dates, # of travelers, destination, flights, etc), a fee of $100 per change will be charged. Please keep in mind removing a passenger from the booking will require a full cancellation and rebooking of your trip.
After your deposit is paid, final payments are typically due 50-60 days prior to travel, so if your travel dates are within 60 days or less, the full payment would need to be paid at the time of booking.
All planning fees are final. Planning fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you book elsewhere, choose to stop the planning process, decide to cancel your trip, this fee will be retained.

Travel insurance will serve as your method for a refund should you need to cancel, as all payments to the Travel Agency are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel your trip, miss flights or cruises, or face unexpected delays, travel insurance helps cover the associated costs.
In the case of lost or delayed luggage, illness, accidents, or emergencies requiring evacuation, travel insurance ensures you’re not left to handle these expenses alone.
Coverage extends to situations involving natural disasters or other unforeseen events, such as acts of terrorism.

Please note, in the absence of travel insurance:

You will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging full financial responsibility for any direct or indirect losses or costs before or during your trip.
The travel agency is not liable for unexpected expenses arising from cancellations, lost luggage, illness, accidents, or emergency evacuations.
